No Returns or Exchanges Policy

All sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages or Defects
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at ankita@asmilondon.com with photos and your order details. We will evaluate the issue and, at our sole discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions
This policy applies to all products, including sale items and gift cards.
Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and hazardous materials are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
